Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for optimizing and implementing the company's financial management system, and improving the internal control process;
2. Coordinate the daily accounting processing, review accounting vouchers and prepare financial statements;
3. Organize the preparation of annual budgets, final accounts and various financial reports, and conduct financial analysis;
4. Supervise cost and expense control as well as the use of funds, ensuring financial compliance;
5. Coordinate internal and external auditing work, and cooperate in completing tax declaration and compliance management;
6. Comply with the work tasks assigned by the superior. 

Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with experience in the medical device industry being preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, with a mid-level accounting qualification or above;
3. Proficient in solid financial knowledge, familiar with national accounting standards and related tax and finance regulations;
4. Skilled in professional skills such as financial accounting, budget management, and tax planning;
5. Possess strong data analysis ability and risk control awareness;
6. Have good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit;
7. Work with a rigorous attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and able to independently complete financial-related tasks.
